An alumnus of Knight Frank, JLL and List Sotheby’s International Realty, he is a specialist in residential project leasing, ad-hoc sales & leasing for both individual and corporate landlords & owners as well as commercial space leasing. Together with Juliann Teo, Raymond co-founded Halcyon Real Estate Pte. Ltd. in 2009 which was acquired by NYSE-listed JLL in 2013.
